What Is It

Regina's only rage room.

A rage room is a fully safe, fully supervised environment where you get to smash, break, and destroy objects to your heart's content. No consequences. No cleanup. Just pure, unfiltered stress relief.

You're geared up with full protective equipment — hard hat, face shield, goggles, gloves, and coveralls — then handed a bat, crowbar, or your weapon of choice. Browse our add-ons before you go in, then we crank the music and leave you to it.

Electronics, glassware, car parts, furniture, ceramics — it's all fair game. We source breakable items specifically for the room and rotate inventory regularly so there's always something satisfying to destroy.

No experience required. No fitness level required. Age 13+. If you've ever wanted to throw a plate at a wall, this is the place. Completely legal. Actually encouraged.

District 306 is the only rage room in Regina — inspired and mentored by the team at YXE Smash Therapy in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan's original smash therapy destination.

Rage room FAQ.

What is a rage room?
A rage room is the place to go when you want to let loose and break some old junk. Whether you're seeking stress relief or celebrating something special, you're sure to enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience. No need to rush off afterwards — we have a lounge to cool down in after your session. Serving anyone age 13 and up, with full adult accompaniment required for those under 16.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. We don't feel alcohol and weapons are a great mix. If there is evidence a guest has arrived for their booking under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they will be denied access to the rage room and asked to rebook. Safety first. Our lounge is a place to cool down, grab some water, and visit with your crew after your session.
What do I wear?
Dress to protect yourself from flying glass. This means a long-sleeved shirt or sweater, full-length pants, and closed-toe shoes. We provide sanitized goggles and face shield, a hard hat, gloves, and coveralls. When the weather is bad, bring a clean change of shoes. There are hooks in each room to store personal belongings safely.
What are the rules?
We don't have many: Don't smash our walls and doors. Don't smash each other. Use the provided safety gear at all times. Age 13 and up welcome, full adult accompaniment required for those under 16. That's pretty much it — go nuts on everything else.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointments for 1-3 people. Groups of 4 or more must give a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If we cannot be reached by phone, email or a message on Instagram is required. When booking as a group, we suggest collecting payment from your fellow smashers upfront before you prepay on their behalf.
Will there be music? Can we record video?
Yes to both. We provide a wide variety of mood music during your session. Please record yourself or your group having a blast and post to social media — tag us @district.306. Use personal devices at your own risk. We cannot replace anything accidentally broken.
Do you accept donations of breakables?
Yes! Bring us qualifying items during business hours at 614 Solomon Crescent. Donations enter you in our monthly draw for a free rage room session. Please come inside so staff can qualify items — no dumping items at the door. We accept plates, glasses, bowls, cups, décor, vases, musical instruments, keyboards, monitors, PC towers, printers, end tables, lamps, small shelves, and small kitchen appliances. No food jars, beverage bottles, toilets, vacuums, windows, or large furniture.
Isn't this wasteful and bad for the environment?
We're proud to partner with the Electronic Recycling Association to ensure all possible materials are saved from the landfill. All electronics smashed at District 306 are processed by certified recycling partners. We also do not have guests smash items that could be recycled in their whole state — the goal is to divert end-of-life items, not destroy recyclables.
What happens when I show up?
Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and ensure each person's liability waiver has been completed. Browse our selection of add-ons as we show you to your private room, complete with weapons and PPE. Once you're settled in we crank the music and leave you to it. As your end time approaches, we'll give you a 2-minute warning. Once finished, we're happy to snap a photo of you in the room before you head to the lounge to cool down.
Can I combine the rage room with laser tag or axe throwing?
