Each private session is 75 minutes: a 15-minute briefing and gear-up, then 60 minutes of gameplay (6 missions).

Smaller group? Captain and Colonel are package prices covering up to 10 players — smaller groups are welcome and pay the package price. Additional players beyond your package are $25 each, subject to available capacity.

Weekday auto-upgrade (Mon–Thu): when Captain or Colonel plus additional players would cost the same as or more than the $400 Weekday Private, we automatically upgrade your group to our 16-player weekday package for the same price or less. Weekend bookings are not auto-upgraded.

Party room: 1 hour is included with Colonel, Weekday Private and Weekend Private (not Captain). For the last session of the night, staff confirm party-room timing with you.

Guests: The host pays the package price; guests register free through your sign-up link.

How do I book a private event?
Fill out the Request Party form above or call us directly at 306-737-9952. We'll check availability, finalize your group size and package, and send payment details — your booking is confirmed once payment is complete. Sessions outside regular business hours may be available on request.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially for weekends. For groups of 20+, 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. Last-minute bookings (24-48 hours) may be possible depending on availability — call us to check.
What ages can participate in private laser tag?
Private sessions are open to ages 6 and up. Players 6-12 use the Valkyrie loadout — a lighter rifle sized for younger players. Ages 13+ use the full SMG loadout. There's no maximum age — adults and kids can play together in the same session, which is what makes private events so great for birthdays and family events.
Which packages include the party room?
Colonel, Weekday Private and Weekend Private include 1 hour in our party room. The Captain package does not include a party room. For the last session of the night, staff confirm party-room timing with you. In a booked party room you can bring decorations, cake, gifts, and outside food. We also offer Domino's pizza pre-ordering from $22 through us — no delivery fee, no tip — so hot food is ready when you finish playing.
Can I combine laser tag, axe throwing, and the rage room?
Absolutely — and many groups do exactly this. Call 306-737-9952 to build a custom multi-activity package. We'll put together a schedule that fits your group size and time frame across all three activities.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final — no refunds. For laser tag, axe throwing and the rage room, give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll hold your payment as store credit for one reschedule.
How do my guests pay / register?
For laser tag private sessions, the host pays the package price; guests register free through your sign-up link — they create a Barracks account, set a callsign, and sign the waiver before arriving. Takes 3 minutes. Each account belongs to the actual player, so parents registering a child enter the child's information. For axe throwing and rage room, call us and we'll walk you through the process.
Can I book a private session outside of regular hours?
Sessions outside regular business hours may be available on request. An open slot on the booking calendar doesn't mean staff are available outside normal hours, so call 306-737-9952 or mention it in your request and we'll let you know what's possible.
