Create Your Barracks Account Do This First
The Barracks is the iCombat platform that tracks your stats, missions, achievements, and rank across every session. Creating an account takes about 2 minutes and unlocks the full experience. Your progress is saved permanently — every bullseye, every mission, forever.

Book Your Session
Now that you have an account, book your session while logged in. This automatically links your booking to your Barracks profile — no reservation codes, no extra steps at the door. Just show up and play.

Gear Up & Know the Rules
We run pro-grade iCombat tactical gear — 11-pound rifles with real recoil, scopes, and IR sensors. Each session starts with a briefing from your mission commander. Here's what to know before you arrive:
👟Wear closed-toe shoes. Athletic footwear strongly recommended. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
👕Comfortable clothes. You'll be moving fast. Layers work well — the arena temperature varies.
⏰Pre-registered? Arrive at your scheduled time. The briefing starts on time and your spot is confirmed. Not pre-registered? Arrive 15–20 minutes early to get set up before the session starts.

Show Up Ready You're Set
You've got your account, your booking is linked, and you know what to bring. When you arrive, head to the front desk, give your name, and we'll get you geared up. Your mission history starts today.

You booked — now finish the setup so you don't waste time at the door. Takes 3 minutes.

Find Your Quick Sign-Up Link Check Your Email
After booking, you received a confirmation email with a Quick Sign-Up link and a reservation code. Open that email now — the link looks like this:

⚠️ Can't find the email? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, call us at 306-737-9952 and we'll sort it out.

Click the Link & Create Your Account
Click your Quick Sign-Up link. It will take you directly to your reservation. From there, create a Barracks account or log in if you already have one. The reservation code is already embedded in the link — you don't need to enter it manually.
📱On iPhone? If you see an "Invalid Date" error after creating your account or logging in, scroll down to the iOS fix guide at the bottom of this section.

Confirm Your Reservation
Once logged in, you'll see your session listed. Click it, then click Checkout, then Confirm Reservation. That's it — you're officially registered and attached to your session.
✅Once confirmed, your check-in at the door takes under 60 seconds. Just give your name and you're good.

Share the Link with Your Group Don't Forget
If you booked for a group, forward the Quick Sign-Up link to everyone attending. They each need to create their own Barracks account and confirm the reservation individually. The more people who do this before arrival, the smoother your session starts.
💡 Group of friends coming? Send them this page too so they know what to do with the link.
📱 iPhone "Invalid Date" Fix
This is a known iOS bug affecting the Barracks platform on all browsers. iCombat are actively working to fix it. In the meantime, here's the workaround:

Tap the calendar icon on the right side of the date field
When you see the "Invalid Date" error, look for the calendar icon to the right of the date field. Tap it to open the calendar picker.

Click your session's date on the calendar
Select the correct date your session is booked for. Once you tap the right date, the calendar closes and your session populates correctly.

Click your session, then Checkout → Confirm Reservation
Your session will appear in the list. Click it, then scroll down and click Checkout. Your reservation code is already there from the Quick Sign-Up link — just scroll down and click Confirm Reservation.

Using a Friend's Link

Someone sent you a Quick Sign-Up link. Here's exactly what to do with it — and what to do if something goes wrong.

Open the Link You Were Sent
The link your friend sent looks like this:

The reservation code is already built into the link — you don't need to type anything. Just open it.

Log In or Create an Account
The page will prompt you to log in or create a Barracks account. If you've played at District 306 before, log in with your existing account. If this is your first time, create one — it takes about 90 seconds.

Select the Session & Confirm
Once logged in, you'll see the session your friend booked. Click it, then click Checkout, then Confirm Reservation. You'll be registered and attached to the session. Done.
✅Once confirmed, just show up to District 306 and give your name at the front desk. You're in the system.

iPhone "Invalid Date" Error? Common on iOS
If you get an "Invalid Date" error on your iPhone after logging in or creating an account, don't panic — here's the fix:
📅Step 1: Tap the calendar icon to the right of the date field. Select your session date on the calendar — this forces the session to load correctly.
✅Step 2: Once the session appears, click it → Checkout → Confirm Reservation. Your reservation code is already embedded from the link.

Axe Throwing & Rage Room

No Barracks account needed. The only thing you need to do before you arrive is sign the waiver — it takes 3 minutes and saves time at the desk.

✅ Good news: Unlike laser tag, axe throwing and rage room have zero account setup. Sign the waiver, show up, and you're ready.

Book online through ActiveBooker for axe throwing or rage room. Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available, but booking guarantees your lane or time slot — especially on weekends.

What to Wear & Bring
A few things to know before you show up:
👟Closed-toe shoes required for both axe throwing and rage room. No sandals or open-toe footwear.
🥽Safety gear is provided in the rage room — goggles, gloves, and coveralls. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dusty.
⏰Arrive 5–10 minutes early so staff can get you set up and briefed before your session starts.
