- Each session lasts 75 minutes, including 15 minutes of briefing and gear-up time. Briefing starts at your scheduled time, please ensure to have your usernames created ahead of time or arrive early.
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session to avoid losing playing time unless already pre-registered.
- Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the game day and time.

FAQ
Public sessions are set to 24 players (12v12) - Private Sessions can be customized. You cannot choose your teams in public sessions as it is based on skill based matchmaking.
Each session lasts approximately 75 minutes, including 15 minute briefing and gear-up time, 1 hour game time, and features 6 unique missions.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the play arena. Any food or drinks brought into the facility must be stored in the lockers. Refreshments and concession items are available for purchase inside the facility.
Participants must be at least 13 years old to join public sessions and play with our SMGs. Ages 6-12 can play in private sessions with our Valkriyes
